The 1912 Margate Congress triangular labels were printed by Perkins Bacon in rouletted sheets of nine
têtê-bêche pairs. They show Britannia in black in a frame of blue, brown, red, red-browm, green or violet.
Some sheets were printed with colours reversed, i.e. with black frames and coloured centres.
There was also a souvenir card showing the label and hotel, postmarked with the special Congress handstamp
and inscribed 'With Compliments and Best Wishes from the President of Congress, A. Léon Adutt'.
